At Timecroft, we strive to ensure our employee scheduling software meets the needs of your business. We recognize that sometimes expectations aren't met, and we want to ensure fairness in our billing process.
Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial on all paid plans to let you fully evaluate our workforce management platform before making a commitment. During this period, you can cancel at any time without any charges.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you are unhappy with the service after your first payment, you are eligible for a full refund within 2 days of the initial charge. After the 2 day window, monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual commitments, we offer a prorated refund if you cancel within the first 10 days of your subscription or renewal. Beyond 10 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the Service for the remainder of your billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under these conditions, or in the case of a billing error, please contact our support team at support@timecroft.com. Please include your account details and the reason for your request.
Note: This policy applies to standard subscription fees. Implementation fees, custom development, or dedicated training sessions are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
