Welcome to Timecroft. By accessing or using our employee scheduling and workforce management application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Service

Timecroft provides a software-as-a-service platform for creating, managing, and distributing employee schedules. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes across your organization and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including those by your employees or authorized users.

3. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into our system, including employee rosters and schedule information. By using the Service, you grant Timecroft a license to host, copy, and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

4. Payment Terms

Our Service is billed on a subscription basis in advance. Applicable taxes are not included unless specified. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Timecroft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the application. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
